Key Responsibilities:
• Direct multidisciplinary teams throughout project life cycles
• Establish and maintain client and stakeholder relations
• Develop and implement project work plans and budgets
• Review architectural documents for conflicts
• Track financial aspects and adjust team efforts accordingly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 10 years of related experience, 5 years in project management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• PMP certification and knowledge of Revit preferred
