What you’ll do:

Act as the End-to-End Program Manager accountable for Program from Project Kick-Off to Project Closure.

• Perform the Project Planning and Operational Control.

• Support the development of the Sales & Marketing Plan (MR&O, Roadmap, Policy Notes).

• Participate in the development of the Program Management Plan (PR&O, Governance, Project Portfolio Management).

• Develop the Project Portfolio Management Plans (Scope, Cost, Time, Quality, …).

• Support the development of the Product Introduction Plan (DOP, Develop Customizable Modules, Cross-programs projects).

• Coordinate with the Industrial functions the development of the Industrial Plan (Contract, Procure and Build, FAL Industrial Strategy (ex. maintaining Agility for Customization with the Increased Production Rate and the TCUP initiative)).

• Participate in the Management of the Program Financial Plan (AOP File, Sensitivity Analysis).

• Co-Lead the development of theChange ManagementPlan (Stakeholders, Escalation, …).

• Co-Lead the development of theCommunicationPlan (internal and external).

• Manage and Update the Risk & Opportunity (R&O) Management Plan and add new R&O as required.

• Coach Project Leaders and Projects Teams in the use of the Airbus LBIP Process (Lean/Six Sigma).

• Ensure adherence to the IP Rules and Confidentiality.

• Perform all the work in compliance with the IP Rules and Confidentiality and with Export Control Regulations.

• Lead feasibility studies, business case evaluations and implementation of recommendations.

• Being accountable for the coordination, governance, planning, risk & opportunities management, and budget of the project, providing progress visibility and escalation as required.

• Coordinate and integrate all stakeholders through the introduction of the project.

• Interface with IT and the cross-functional team involved in the IT Tools.
