We are now hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary energy projects across real-time simulation, control system development, grid code compliance, and hardware-in-the-loop testing. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role suited for a dynamic leader with deep technical grounding and exceptional execution skills.
🔧 Your Role:
- Lead full-cycle execution of projects involving C-HIL testing, RTDS modeling, and custom PPC/PMS deployments.
- Serve as the primary client interface for projects across North America, the GCC region, and Europe.
- Oversee delivery of compliance frameworks (e.g., ERCOT MOD testing, IEEE 1547/2800, CSA, NERC) and ensure technical documentation aligns with evolving standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop and deliver robust, flexible control and simulation platforms for grid-edge and bulk power systems.
- Manage budget forecasting, risk mitigation, scheduling, and reporting using hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Support business development by providing scope clarity and deliverable planning for proposals, pilot projects, and partnerships.
✅ What You Bring:
- 5–10 years of experience in technical project management in the power systems, simulation, or grid automation space.
- Familiarity with real-time simulators (RTDS, OPAL-RT), and integration of PPCs, EMS/PMS, or protection schemes.
- Solid knowledge of DER interconnection, BESS integration, and compliance testing workflows (MOD/MQT/UMV, IEEE 1547.1, etc.).
- Track record managing cross-functional engineering teams, both internally and in client engagements.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Experience with smart grid, AI-based controls, or multi-microgrid systems is a strong plus.
