Organize and lead sessions for incident playbook updates and criteria remodification.
Ensure timely communication of incident-related changes to stakeholders.
Manage daily review of tickets (Verint and Genesys Cloud applications).
Facilitate weekly sessions for Verint team and vulnerability reviews.
Provide summary updates of ongoing activities to management.
