Our Vancouver client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to work with senior executives to help define and shape a major business transformation initiative.

1 year contract, possibilities of extensions. 3 days/week in office.

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of project or program management experienc
    e managing a variety of business and/or technology related projects, with at least 5 years managing programs (multiple projects).
  • 5+ years of leading transformational initiatives that involve implementing a business future-state vision, from the definition phase through to implementation.
  • Experience developing and maintaining program governance structures, including steering committee management, executive reporting, and escalation frameworks.
  • Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience managing program budgets, forecasting, and variance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement program measurement frameworks, including KPIs, milestone tracking, and benefits realization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing and delivering executive-level briefings and presentations to senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to translate complex program information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Experience authoring and reviewing core project management artifacts, including program plans, Statements of Work, Project Charters, RACI matrices, risk and issue logs, and status reports.
  • Skilled facilitator with demonstrated experience designing and leading workshops, stakeholder sessions, and cross-functional working groups.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed reporting structure, coordinating across functional leads, product managers, and senior leadership.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification is strongly preferred (or demonstrated equivalent experience).
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Prosci certification an asset.
