In this senior role, you will manage, configure, and provide support for crucial Oracle E-Business Suite SCM modules. This position includes troubleshooting applications and delivering effective training to end-users while actively identifying improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance Supply Chain modules within Oracle EBS
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to extract business requirements
• Develop user stories and functional specifications
• Troubleshoot technical issues using SQL and PL/SQL
• Facilitate system testing and support upgrades
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant IT or business experience
• Hands-on proficiency in Oracle EBS environments
• Experience in Oracle Business Intelligence projects
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
