Reporting to the VP Technology and
Digital Transformation
, the Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure, Operations and Support oversees the design, the implementation, the maintenance, and support of all infrastructure of the systems used by Fednav’s networks and hardware.
Your role
involves ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure, as well as managing IT operations teams to deliver seamless support and maintenance. You’ll collaborate with other departments to align technology strategies with business goals, optimize
resource utilization
, and drive
innovation
in IT infrastructure. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for budgeting, vendor management, and staying abreast of emerging technologies to keep our organization competitive.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLEThe main responsibilities are:
Planning:
Develop and implement the organization’s IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify opportunities for technological enhancements to improve efficiency, reliability and security. Align technology architecture with enterprise architecture.
Infrastructure Design and Implementation:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, cloud services and laptops. Ensure that systems meet performance, availability, and security requirements. Deliver employee digital experience, that provides a working environment leveraging
modern technology
capabilities everywhere employees want to work. Empower users with self-serve and knowledge management tools. Closely involved in project delivery making sure alignment and objectives are met.
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence. Produce relevant metrics to IT health dashboard. Manage the Day-To-Day operations of the team, ensuring the functionality, availability, reliability and security of IT systems and networks. Foster positive end-user relationships and drive

Manage Service Desk Staff and International Offices support:
Define team goals and lead staff for achieving desired results, while being accountable for the team’s performance and customer client orientation. Provide
continuous improvement
on support processes. Evolve support model for all Fednav`s international offices around the world.
Manage the Cellular Devices, Lines and Account:
