In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible to build, lead, and manage a team of software professionals, including Principal Engineers, SW. Architects, Software Engineers, Associate Engineers, as well as Scrum Masters. The right candidate will develop strategies for the embedded SW development environment, including goals and plans in alignment with the group’s development objectives. They will organize and lead scrum team events (with the help of the Scrum Master), foster a
collaborative
and motivated
work environment
, and enable and support data-driven decision-making.
In addition, they will provide mentorship, guidance, and
career development
opportunities to team members.
This is a highly technical role, focused on using embedded SW development experience to successfully manage this team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical
leadership
and guidance to the team members, ensuring that best SW development practices are followed, and
technical challenges
are effectively addressed.
Develop and present SW development status reports, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and risks. Strategize and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful SW development outcomes.
Uphold and promote the company’s culture, values, and standards within the team. Create an
