Salary: 100,000 – 125,000 CAD + 15% Bonus

Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing, global consumer brand on a Senior Manager – Retail Operations & Order Management opportunity. This is a high-impact leadership role sitting at the centre of retail operations, responsible for driving performance across the order-to-cash lifecycle in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities for the position of Senior Manager – Retail Operations & Order Management:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing order management team, driving best-in-class execution across retail accounts
  • Own and optimise the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring strong OTIF performance and customer satisfaction
  • Act as the key link across Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Distribution, and 3PL partners, driving alignment and performance
  • Identify risks across operations and proactively implement mitigation plans to protect service levels
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardising processes and eliminating inefficiencies across retail operations
  • Leverage data, automation, and AI tools to improve visibility, accuracy, and productivity across workflows
  • Lead operational projects and present insights and performance updates to senior leadership
  • Champion innovation within the team, embedding new tools and technologies to enhance decision-making and scalability

Skills & Experience Needed for the position of Senior Manager – Retail Operations & Order Management:

  • Proven leadership experience within order management, retail operations, or supply chain environments
  • Strong understanding of the order-to-cash lifecycle, ideally within a retail or consumer goods setting
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing across multiple business areas
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights to drive performance and continuous improvement
  • Exposure to automation, systems optimisation, or AI-driven tools within operations is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Comfortable working at pace, balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
