Your expertise in Salesforce, AI development tools, and team leadership will be crucial as you manage platform integration and application design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the CS Platforms team

• Own the Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Success platform

• Design AI agents and automations in-house using Claude

• Manage vendor relations for support AI solutions

• Set strategic roadmaps with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

• 3+ years in a technical leadership role

• Proficient in Git and Git Hub workflows

• Familiar with AI development tools
