Key Responsibilities:
• Lead as the business partner for Enterprise operations
• Develop and execute strategic programs and initiatives
• Create and implement effective operational workflows
• Partner with tech teams to translate requirements
• Push for continuous improvement in Revenue Operations
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Customer Success Operations experience
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Post Sales metrics
• Proven ability in process redesign and AI integration
• Exemplary time management and project oversight
• Exceptional communication skills across levels
