Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and support joint venture commercial agreements
• Align JV terms with internal financial and strategy frameworks
• Build relationships with external capital providers
• Serve as the primary contact for JV partners
• Oversee monthly/quarterly reports and strategic updates
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in related field
• 12+ years in commercial or business development
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements
• Knowledge of power markets and energy transactions
• Advanced degree or professional designation is a strong asset
