Candidates should be experienced, bilingual, and possess strong skills in conflict resolution and legal interpretation related to land acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate Workspace and Access Agreements for projects
• Obtain necessary Permits from Municipal and Industry Stakeholders
• Prepare applications for governmental access requirements
• Support risk mitigation and resolve land issues
• Engage proactively with landowners and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 5 – 10 years of relevant experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Understanding of legal issues for pipeline operations
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills
