This Position Is For Experienced Closers
Trinity Roofing is seeking experienced in-home sales professionals with a proven background in high-ticket residential sales.
This is not an entry-level sales position.
We are specifically looking for professionals with experience in:
- Roofing sales
- Solar sales
- HVAC sales
- Window & siding sales
- Bath/kitchen remodeling
- Foundation/waterproofing sales
- Other high-ticket in-home closing environments
The ideal candidate understands how to
- Control an in-home sales process
- Build trust quickly
- Present value confidently
- Handle objections professionally
- Close high-value projects ethically
Compensation & Earning Potential Uncapped Commission Structure
Earn commission on:
- Roof replacements
- Siding replacements
- Skylight replacements
- Gutter replacements
Average Project Size
- Average ticket: $24,000–$32,000
- Large project opportunities available
Performance Potential
Top-performing consultants can realistically generate:
- $120,000–$200,000+ annually
Annual Bonus
- $10,000 performance bonus for consultants generating $1,250,000+ annually

Responsibilities
- Conduct residential roof and exterior inspections
- Identify roofing and exterior system issues
- Educate homeowners on solutions materials and project scope
- Present estimates and financing options
- Manage homeowner communication throughout the sales process
- Maintain CRM documentation and project notes
- Professionally close projects in the home
Qualifications Required
- Proven in-home sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation ability
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated and highly accountable
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays
Preferred
- Roofing or exterior remodeling sales experience
- Financing presentation experience
- CRM experience
- High-ticket closing background
Candidates without proven sales experience will not be considered for this role.
