Responsibilities:
– Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs
– Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
– Oversee the maintenance of the floral shop and garden areas
– Utilize POS systems for transactions and cashiering duties
– Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell floral products
– Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
– Stay updated on current trends in the floral industry and implement innovative ideas
– Handle e-commerce orders and ensure timely delivery
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Senior Florist or similar role
– Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively
– Proficiency in POS systems for transactions
– Ability to communicate fluently in English; multilingual skills are a plus
– Experience in landscape maintenance is beneficial
– Creative flair with an eye for design and detail
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales
