Position Summary:

We are searching for a Senior Energy Engineer who will work with our current customers finding ways to save energy and reduce greenhouse gases within commercial buildings.

You will

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and have knowledge of building HVAC mechanical/electrical/control systems and equipment, and general DDC controls systems and device knowledge.

Able to

provide redesign for mechanical heating, cooling, and air systems within commercial buildings.

Able to

write proposals identifying energy and greenhouse gas saving measures.

Use building automation analytics tools to support savings.

Coordinating within our internal teams on projects.

Final operation review and audits.

Effective and timely

communication

at all levels internally and externally.

Total

customer satisfaction

Professional and expedient

conflict resolution

Can coordinate within a team and works well with customers.

Can lead meetings with customer’s energy managers and facility managers.

Willing to work, guide, and support EIT.Adherence to schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Mechanical Engineering degree.

CMVP, CEA or BCEM certified.

Proficient with:

Microsoft Office Suite

SEMAC (Sustainable Energy Management Advanced Certificate) Strong written and verbal

communication

, as well as interpersonal skills

Resourceful, problem-solver that is energetic and able to manage multiple priorities

Focused and detail orientated

Team player that functions well in a busy environment

Able to

work independently and manage time effectively
