Who are you?
The Senior Development Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex ground-up real estate development and capital projects across a corporate occupier portfolio. This includes developer monitoring of new build office towers, major redevelopments, large-scale fit-outs, and strategic workplace initiatives.
This role partners closely with internal stakeholders (Real Estate, Workplace, Finance, Legal, Leasing, Operations) and external partners (developers, consultants, contractors) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The position requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and deep expertise in managing large scale development projects.
