Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our crews to help them achieve outstanding results for our clients. You will work with the crews to perform various tasks that contribute to the overall appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.
Responsibilities
- Must have experience of running crews in a previous lawn maintenance position.
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Collaborate with management and team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Assist with training crews in all aspects of landscape maintenance.
Skills
- Team leadership.
- Some mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment and machinery.
- Experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Mini Skidsteer experience, an advantage.
- Familiarity with plant, shrub and turf identification.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
