We're looking for two Senior Client Delivery Managers with deep SAP cloud expertise to own and grow client relationships within an SAP Enterprise Cloud Services environment. The ideal candidate brings strong executive stakeholder management experience, a track record of end-to-end service delivery ownership, and the ability to drive cloud transformation and S/4HANA adoption initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow the SAP ECS client relationship, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation
- Manage the full engagement lifecycle including onboarding, transition, operations, and offboarding
- Drive cloud transformation and S/4HANA adoption initiatives in collaboration with client stakeholders
- Coordinate across SAP teams, partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure successful service delivery governance, reporting, and risk management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Identify and support business growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead innovation and strategic transformation workshops
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in client and executive stakeholder management
- 8+ years of end-to-end service delivery ownership
- 6 to 8 years of SAP Cloud or S/4HANA expertise
- 8+ years of cross-functional leadership and coordination experience
- Strong background in commercial growth and customer success
- SAP Basis Administration expertise at an expert level
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Background in IT or business with relevant SAP and delivery management credentials
Nice to have
- Experience managing large-scale SAP ECS or managed services engagements
- Familiarity with SAP partner ecosystems and multi-vendor coordination
- Experience facilitating executive-level innovation or transformation workshops
Work setup
- Fully remote from Ottawa, ON
- 6+ month contract
- English proficiency required; bilingualism an asset given the location
