Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of patient care
• Drive the staff appraisal process within the team
• Lead recruitment and retention strategies for nursing staff

Requirements:
• Degree-level education and Registered Nurse status
• 2+ years of Critical Care experience at Band 6
• Accredited Critical Care qualification required
• Strong negotiating and leadership skills
• Experience with clinical audits and governance
