Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Campaign Analyst (5+ years) to execute and automate direct marketing campaigns using SAS, SQL, and Unica Campaign

Join a high-performing marketing analytics team within a leading banking environment supporting large-scale customer campaign initiatives. This role manages end-to-end technical execution of direct-to-consumer campaigns in collaboration with strategy and measurement teams. The position offers hands-on delivery ownership within a fast-paced, data-driven marketing environment.

Must Haves

  • Minimum 3 years of campaign or database marketing experience
  • Hands-on expertise with SAS
    , SQL
    , and Unica Campaign tools
  • Proven ability to perform data analytics and execute direct marketing campaigns
  • Background in business process improvement and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in banking or consumer financial products
  • Exposure to campaign automation or recurring program optimization
  • Familiarity with data warehousing environments
  • Strong technical documentation and communication capabilities
  • Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze campaign business requirements and produce Technical Implementation Plans
  • Prepare customer lists using campaign management tools to meet documented technical requirements
  • Develop recurring campaigns with automation in mind and automate campaigns as required
  • Identify issues and recommend improvements to campaign workflow
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple campaign streams
  • Collaborate with internal partners to communicate project status and technical findings
  • Conduct campaign technical audits and ensure data output accuracy
  • Monitor lead generation file execution processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshoot critical issues to maintain campaign execution continuity
  • Lead small to medium-sized campaign projects and contribute to process documentation libraries
