Compugen is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 7 month hybrid contract. You will be theintermediary between business stakeholders and IT project team. The BA is to understand and analyze business needs and document the requirements. Ensure the technology solutions is align with organization objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather the Business requirements and document the detailed requirements for an IT solution.
Understand the business processes and ability to guide the business to identify areas to optimize the business process with technology.
End to end tracking of requirements with solution delivered.
Manage the solution test plan by working collaboratively with business stakeholders and the project team to develop the approach and document the test plan.
Tracking of testing lifecycle and ensure the outcome of the testing aligns with the requirements.
Ensure solution adoption and provide guidance to the user community to adopt the new solutions.
Provide instruction on use of technology and to support the adoption of the solution.
Manage and deliverchange managementactivities, including training,communicationand documentation, to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or processes.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.
Facilitatecommunicationandcollaborationbetween business and technical teams to drive project success.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
Document business processes, workflows, and requirements in clear and concise formats.
Participate in testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
User training on new processes, systems, and related activities to drive user adoption.
Qualifications:
4 years of experience in Business Analyst experience, and experience with application development or system implementation development will be a plus.
Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) are advantageous.
