🚀 About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support I&IT portfolio governance, focusing on KPI reporting, cost optimization, and resource utilization management. This is a high-impact role within the PMO, working closely with IT leadership and Finance to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. It is a hybrid between BA + IT Financial Analyst + Portfolio Reporting Analyst role
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement across I&IT and deliver executive-level KPI reporting dashboards
- Analyze IT operational costs (e.g., software, infrastructure, vendors) and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Align with stakeholders to implement savings initiatives and track results on an ongoing basis
- Support resource utilization and workforce planning (capacity, overtime, allocation)
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reporting models
- Define and implement use cases and workflows within enterprise portfolio tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Document business requirements, processes, and reporting standards
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership
🎯 Must-Have Qualifications
- 7+ years in stakeholder management and KPI reporting within I&IT
- 7+ years experience in IT cost analysis and cost optimization (OPEX savings, cost drivers, savings tracking)
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, or similar portfolio management tools
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in resource utilization tracking, reporting, and workforce analytics
⭐ Nice to Have
- CPA or strong finance/accounting background
- Experience working in the public sector
