About the Opportunity
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for stand-alone entities, including supporting working papers
- Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate variances
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
- Support year-end audit process and respond to auditor requests
Financial Analysis & Business Support
- Conduct gross margin and client/program profitability analysis
- Monitor revenue and expense trends and provide insights to the leadership
Contractor Payouts & Billing Management
- Prepare contractor payout processing for CRU Canada and CRU USA
- Handle payout email account and respond to client and adjuster inquiries
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billings and contractor payments
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience
Salary Range
$85,000 – $90,000/year
