Semi-Trailer Maintenance Technician Jobs in Minneapolis, MN at Confidential
Position Type:
- W-2 company maintenance technician (reefer trailers)
- Responsible for maintenance on company trailers
- Previous tractor maintenance experience preferred
Schedule 1st shift Sunday – Wednesday 10 hour shift
Hours are 700am – 530pm
Sunday shift differential time and ½ to be paid for Sunday hours
Hiring Parameters:
- Target hiring radius: 50 miles of Minneapolis, MN
- On-site interview required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $35–$37/hour depending on experience
- Full company benefits included + 401K with company match
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus $1,000 on hire $1,500 at 30 days $2,000 at 120 days $2,500 at 6 months
- $300 annual boot allowance
- $1200 annual Tool allowance
What You’ll Bring• High school diploma or equivalent• Tractor maintenance experience• Ability to independently complete advanced repairs• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
Preferred
- Associate’s degree in Heavy Duty Truck Technology or related field• 2 or more years of tractor maintenance experience• Ability to independently complete advanced repairs
Pay: $35.00 – $37.00 per hour
