Location: Greater Toronto Area
Position Type: Full-Time, Night Shift (Mon–Fri, 7 PM – 3 AM / 8 PM – 4 PM/ 10 PM to 6 AM, with flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Compliance
Provide direct oversight, guidance, and daily workflow management for the mobile security team.
Conduct structured monthly, semi-annual, and annual performance reviews.
Enforce rigorous safety standards and legal regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Contribute to the drafting and rollout of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and department policies.
Field Operations & Incident Response
Utilize a Diamond Property Services company vehicle to perform site spot checks, respond to alarm activations, and manage parking enforcement (tagging vehicles).
Conduct foot patrols to safeguard premises, assets, and personnel.
Serve as the primary, after-hours point of contact for field staff and client emergencies.
Take charge during major onsite incidents (e.g., fires, floods, medical emergencies, or trespassers) and support field officers through resolution.
Fleet & Administration
Manage vehicle upkeep by ensuring rigorous pre- and post-shift inspection checklists are completed.
Coordinate weekly routing and run sheets for the mobile patrol division.
Track and maintain accurate data for the monthly mobile billable hours log.
Oversee daily shift logs, incident reports, and standard documentation.

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
