Pennine Security Solutions is hiring a well-qualified Concierge/Security Guard to work at our Condominium Complex in Kitchener.
Schedule: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm – Monday to Friday
Compensation Rate: $19.50

Responsibilities:
· You will be responsible for the protection of property, facilities and information
· Provide professional customer service
· Access control
· Maintain surveillance of surrounding area and report suspicious activity
· Perform diligent patrols
· Exercise proactive duties as per Pennine Security guidelines
· Assess disturbances
· Ensure that all safety and emergency procedures are followed
The Ideal candidate will possess:
· Valid Security Guard License
· Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR level C
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills while being alert and detail oriented
· Ability to exercise vigilance and be able to multitask
