As a Security Guard
, you will play a key role in airside and terminal operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe environment for passengers, staff, and stakeholders.

  • Provide security coverage for airside and terminal operations in compliance with regulations
  • Monitor and control access to restricted areas
  • Conduct patrols to detect and respond to risks or incidents
  • Respond to emergencies following established procedures
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via radio and in person
  • Maintain strong situational awareness at all times
  • Qualifications for Security Guard

  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card) required / ability to obtain and maintain
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
  • Must be available for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • Customer service mindset aligned with airport standards
  • Strong situational awareness and adherence to regulations
  • Exceptional English communication (verbal & written)
  • Clear and professional radio communication skills
  • Confident interaction with passengers, tenants, and stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex procedures
  • Knowledge of security protocols, access control, and emergency response
  • Relevant background preferred
  • Experience in policing, corrections, military, or security is a strong asset
  • High operational flexibility
