Lead daily warehouse operations as a Seasonal Warehouse Operations Supervisor with NFI. Supervise staff and achieve daily production goals from Monday to Friday, 2:30pm-11pm.
In this seasonal position, you will manage day-to-day operations focusing on staffing, shipping, and receiving processes. Reporting to management, you will ensure timely shipments and supervise a skilled team. Emphasizing efficiency, your role will include onboarding new personnel and improving operations through effective training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop work schedules for shipping and receiving
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and usage
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings
• Submit end of shift reports and recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 1-5 years supervisory experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards
