lil sweet treat is bringing its candy-lover’s paradise to Montauk this summer, and we need an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed sales associate to help make every visit unforgettable. You’ll be front and center; behind the counter, engaging with customers, and keeping the magic alive one sweet treat at a time.
What You’ll Do
- Delight every customer: Be the face of lil sweet treat and greet guests warmly, guide them through our offerings, and make sure every single person leaves with something sweet and a smile.
- Support daily operations: Assist with truck setup and breakdown, maintain a clean and welcoming pop-up presentation, and uphold our hygiene and food safety standards every shift.
- Manage inventory: Help monitor stock levels, flag low inventory to leadership, and keep shelves and displays looking full, fresh, and irresistible.
- Be a team player: Show up prepared, support your teammates, and bring great energy that reflects the lil sweet treat brand.
- Communicate and report: Keep leadership in the loop on customer feedback, operational hiccups, and anything that needs attention. You’re our eyes and ears on the ground.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in retail, food service, or hospitality, especially in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
- A natural people person with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This one’s non-negotiable!
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle during peak summer season.
- A positive attitude and team-first mentality.
Requirements
- Full-time availability, June through August.
- Available on major holidays and summer weekends. This is peak season, and that’s when we shine!
- Flexibility for schedule adjustments based on events, weather, and business needs.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
