Kennedy Catering Corp. is looking to fill the position of an experienced Baker at a Kids Summer Camp in Muskoka
Kennedy Catering Corp. is looking for an outgoing, hardworking Baker with prior experience to work a seasonal contract
Weekly Salary = $1,110-1,200
Accommodations and Food will be provided at no extra cost throughout the duration of the Baker’s contract.
Job Description
Bakers responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to all baking production needs for daily food services at camp. Bakers will also be responsible for freshly baked bread loafs, pastries, cakes, cookies and hot snacks for campers and staff. Bakers must ensure proper and prompt communication with the Head Chef to coordinate production volumes and write up daily food prep lists to meet daily needs.
Bakers are also be involved in assisting during meals served at camp for special functions and buffets, as well as preparing substitutions when needed for customers with dietary restrictions.
Experience Required:
2 years experience working as a Baker in a fast-paced high volume environment
