· CIAM related Product & Technical Knowledge.
· Agile
Leadership
:
Guide and coach, the team on Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring
efficient workflow
and high-quality product delivery.
· Project Facilitation:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
· Product Liaison:
Act as a bridge between the Product Owners and the development team, ensuring clear
communication
and understanding of product requirements.

Continuous Improvement
:
Drive
continuous improvement
and development of the Scrum framework within the team.
· Team

Empower the team to self-organize and make

decisions.
· Risk Management:
Identify and manage potential risks and impediments to the team’s progress.
Required
Skills and Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a similar technology environment.
· Familiarity with software development in languages supported by Hedera, including JavaScript, Java, or Go.
· Excellent

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Scrum or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are highly desirable.
· Experience in managing projects in a
