Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 8+ member Scrum teams within a software development environment.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure best practices are consistently applied.
- Drive application development releases on time within an ever-changing, time-competing environment.
- Operate autonomously across multiple teams while demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership.
- Effectively switch gears and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
- Establish strong working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and partners in different time zones.
- Make informed decisions on the fly to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
- Ensure seamless collaboration across large, cross-functional teams delivering large-scale systems.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- E-commerce platform experience in retail or related domain.
- Must come from a software development shop and have managed 8+ member Scrum teams.
- 3+ years of Agile Scrum experience at Scrum Master capacity.
- Proven experience in software engineering with cloud technologies and web technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, JVM, etc.) and SOA/distributed applications architectures.
- Experience delivering large, cross-functional projects with world-class availability, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
- Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, oral, and presentation.
- Energetic with a go-getter mentality.
- A driver — someone who rolls up their sleeves to effectively run application development releases on time within an ever-changing, time-competing environment.
- Must be able to switch gears and move to and from a few ongoing projects effectively.
- Able to make decisions on the fly.
