Screen Printing Production Assistant
Poppy & Pine – Wentzville, MO
Poppy & Pine is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Screen Printing Production Assistant!
This is a hands-on production role inside a fast-growing apparel company. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality work, and is eager to learn the screen printing process from start to finish.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assist with operating and loading/unloading screen printing presses
- Clean, reclaim, and prep screens for production
- Mix inks and prepare jobs for printers
- Organize production materials and maintain workflow efficiency
- Assist with setup and breakdown of print jobs
- Help maintain print quality and consistency throughout production
- Fold, sort, and prepare finished apparel orders
- Keep production areas clean, organized, and running smoothly
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting boxes/apparel as needed
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous screen printing or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
