We serve thousands of customers ranging from small start up companies to Fortune 500 companies. We are currently looking to fill a Screen Printer position. Starting Pay is $17.90-$18.65/hr. with a raise after 60-days and opportunities for advancement!

POSITION SUMMARY
Screen Printers will set-up, run and inspect printed parts and adjust printing press to maintain quality and quantity of production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Follow all safety procedures, ensure guards are in place, and maintain a clean working environment
2. Follow specifications or procedures for set up and operation using shop order or blueprints, instructions, and machine knowledge
3. Set up and maintain printing equipment
4. Operate the assigned equipment
5. Check for quality issues such as pinholes, registration, lay down, etc.
6. Identify defects/errors and confer with supervisor or lead person when problems arrive
7. Perform periodic quality checks in accordance with the difficulty and quantity of the jobs
8. Assist in training new employees
9. All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
To successfully perform this position, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
· Knowledge of punch press operations or similar machinery is preferred
· Ability to be focused at all times. Lapses in concentration can be dangerous
· Good manual dexterity
· Ability to read and interpret shop orders and blueprints
· Knowledge of machine safety procedures

· Must be able to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
· Must be able to be sit or stand for extended periods of time
· Must be able to work safely around moving equipment
· Exposure to noise
· Must be able to lift/carry 20 lbs
· Frequent lateral arm movement
