Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive science lessons to secondary school students.
Plan and prepare innovative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and academic excellence.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate growth and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the science department and the school community.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for science education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
