FEIA (Fort Erie International Academy) has been in operation for four years and we are excited to be continuing our growth. We are looking for a person that is responsible, organized, and eager to be an integral part of our school community.
$17 an hour to start – Full-time, Permanent
RESPONSIBILITIES
Wash and disinfect all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, hand dryers and fixtures.
Clean all mirrors, and replenish toilet tissue and soap as needed. Empty all waste baskets and garbage cans. Place garbage in the outside storage bin.
Wash all finger marks from walls, doors, hardware and glass.
Clean kitchen sinks and counters.
Report damages and acts of vandalism.
Spot clean walls and toilet partitions.
General maintenance functions.
Maintain storage areas and cleaning equipment, materials and supplies in a safe and orderly manner. Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials and supplies. Restock materials and supplies. Make note of the need for equipment repairs.
Must be flexible wit shifts and possible occasional weekends if needed.
Perform other related duties as required.

Ability to work in a team environment, and is detail oriented
Flexible and accommodating to the needs of students and other staff members
REQUIREMENTS:
Operate medium machinery and tools as needed with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge with WHMIS and Ontario Health and Safety Act.
Maintenance skills would be an added value; such as, painting, ground work, basic electrical, minor plumbing, painting and pool testing.
35 – 40 hours per week.
