What You’ll Do
- Safely transport students and passengers to and from designated locations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
- Follow established routes and schedules.
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, parents, and team members.
- Address passenger questions and concerns in a professional manner.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a bus or van driver preferred, but not required.
- Experience working with children is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle awareness and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of childcare and behavior management techniques is beneficial.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- A commitment to safety, reliability, and serving others.
