What You’ll Do
- Safely transport students and passengers to and from designated locations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every passenger throughout the route.
- Create a positive experience by providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when needed.
- Follow established routes and schedules while adapting to changing conditions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle environment.
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, families, and team members.
What You’ll Bring
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous bus or van driving experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience working with children is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to maintain accurate records and complete reports.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for simple troubleshooting and vehicle awareness.
- Knowledge of childcare and behavior management techniques is beneficial.
- Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
- Most importantly, a commitment to safety, reliability, and caring for others.
