Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling in and out trucks while ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This role requires strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Communicate with warehouse to ensure inventory is available to meet customer orders.
- Utilize a scale management system to record truck activity, ensuring all products are accurately counted.
- Prepare appropriate documents for all outbound shipments as well as place seals on trucks.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Other responsibilities as deemed necessary.
Skills:
- Experience in a warehouse environment and proficiency with warehouse management systems.
- Basic math skills to accurately count and manage inventory.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
Hours:
- Mid-October – Mid-July Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 10:00/11:00am
- Summer Hours (Mid-July – Mid-October): Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
