Hybrid We have a client in Toronto who is looking to hire an Senior SAP HCM Analyst to join their team They require a local resource who can work onsite 2-3 days per week.
Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. HCM & Payroll Functional Analyst to work closely with the business process leads and end users to understand project and enhancement requirements, Works with other functional team members, as well as with the development team in design, build, and implementation of functionality to satisfy business requirements.
Qualifications:
The roles require expertise in SAP Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, and interface building experiences.
Hands on experience
in these areas, preferably with at least 2 end-to-end implementation and support projects preferred5 to 10 years’ experience with configuration in HCM & Payroll functional area Demonstrates an understanding of Canadian payroll Tax rules and regulations to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Configure and customize PCRs within the SAP system to meet specific Canadian payroll requirements, such as deductions, taxes, and benefits calculations
University Degree in Computer Science or related area from an accredited institution.
Demonstrate a in a high-demanding environment, where managing multiple priorities, resolving issues promptly, and meeting
challenging
timelines in a
fast-paced
work setting are essential aspects of the role.
Possess strong
problem-solving skills
and the ability to think on their feet to address urgent payroll-related issues efficiently.
Proficient with Microsoft suite products
Demonstrated ability to perform business impact assessments and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
