We already have many referral partners in place which provide Hot and Warm leads ready to convert. But further business development will also be required.

We are looking for committed Commission Based Sales Experts interested in joining our team, in a positive and supportive atmosphere, who take pride in providing quality work to protect homeowners from costly leaks.

This role could lead to future Management or other Company opportunities for the right person.

Requirements:

* A strong belief in the MAXgreen values and commitment to upholding that reputation in every task

Attention to Detail

and Organization in a Fast Paced Environment with Multiple Deadlines is essential for success

* Minimum 3 years of experience in an Outside Sales or Business Development environment focused on a high level of after sales customer service

* Comfortable with In Home Sales for Supply and Installation Projects

* Comfortable meeting with, and presenting to, Condo Boards, Engineers, Company Owners and Executives, Suppliers and Industry Partners

* Ability to find, nurture, and sign large deals, ensuring all stakeholders are kept in consistent

communication

* Ability and commitment to follow a proven system for building trust and earning the sale

* Ability to think outside the box and find solutions to unique client challenges

* Excellent Verbal and Written

Communication Skills

* Proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment

* Experience in the Construction Industry is an asset but the right candidate will be trained

* Must have good math and measuring skills calculate area and determine quantities needed for ordering via scaled drawings, as well as convert Metric to Imperial and vice versa

* Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record

* The ability to work as an independent entrepreneur on a generous

commission structure

Include, but may not be limited to:

* Determine new prospects, cold call, network, and otherwise generate new business, always tracking the lead source and all touch points and scheduled follow ups

* Meet with Contractors, Builders and Homeowners and conduct a Needs Assessment to find the best outcome for each client
