Your new company  Our client is a leading research non-profit organization for a Salesforce Solutions Manager for a full-time permanent opportunity.

Your new role As the Senior Manager of Salesforce Solutions, your primary focus will be on leading and empowering a team to effectively implement and enhance Salesforce solutions across the organization. You’ll report directly to the Director of Salesforce Solutions and CRM Strategy, taking charge of ensuring successful project execution, aligning initiatives with business objectives, and fostering

Leadership

:

Lead a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional development and growth.

Cultivate a

collaborative

and

innovative team

culture focused on achieving excellence in Salesforce solutions.

Strategic Leadership

:

Collaborate with the Director to develop and execute the overall Salesforce strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.

Contribute to the development of a roadmap for Salesforce solutions, considering the evolving needs of the business.

Accountable for development and support of Salesforce and related solutions supporting fundraising and volunteer management activities.

Work with Salesforce Solutions team to Develop and manage documentation for Salesforce related procedures, standards and training for both administrators and stakeholders.

Project Management

:

Drive the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet the organization’s needs and adhere to best practices.

Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to support solution development and operations.

Solution Design and Architecture:

Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.

Develops and manages relationships with business leaders, stakeholders and vendors in support of solutions, operations and projects.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with key business stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide updates on project status, and address any concerns.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, facilitating effective

communication

.

What you’ll need to succeed 5+ years of experience managing

cross-functional teams

Proven

leadership

experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.

Strong

project management

skills, with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce solution implementation and management.

Expert knowledge of CRM management, relational databases, solution design, software and third-party components and resources

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, solution design, and architecture, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud University Degree in Information Management, IT or related field or an equivalent combination of
