Job Description:

As a Sustainable Building Envelope Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth in the Toronto and North American Region by identifying and cultivating business opportunities and contracts within the ICI construction market.

You will

collaborate closely with our Sales, A&D and marketing teams here in office to develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and meet

sales targets

. Additionally, you will play a critical role in our high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, mentorship, and

collaboration

.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and foster strong relationships with existing and new architects, architectural firms, developers, and builders in Toronto and North America both in-person and remotely, to showcase Mitrex’s and Cladify’s

innovative

sustainable building envelope solutions.

Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads, enhance market presence, and achieve ambitious

sales targets

with existing and new clients,Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to understand emerging industry requirements and identify opportunities to integrate solar-integrated building designs.

Educate architects, developers, and builders on the benefits and versatility of our products, demonstrating how they meet unique project requirements and exceed industry standards.

Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate Mitrex’s and Cladify’s value propositions and identify business growth opportunities.

Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the construction industry, engaging architects, developers, contractors, and building owners.

Conduct

product knowledge

meetings and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Mitrex & Cladify’s sustainable building solutions.

Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services through initial relations and project phases.
