JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator EMEA, who will report to the Manager Sales Support EMEA, and who’s focus will be on coordinating and processing the commercial

promotion

programs for all product lines for region EMEA. The Sales Support team plays a crucial role in our daily operations for the order to delivery of units, parts, accessories and apparel to our dealers and distributors throughout the EMEA region.

The Sales Support team ensures an A-Z follow-up of all dealer and distributor requests and is in close contact with all other departments such as sales, logistics, credit, marketing, etc. to provide an excellent customer experience. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Ensure excellent customer support service to dealers, distributors and internal stakeholders for promotions related to units, parts, accessories, and apparel. Set-up promotions in SAP in an accurate and timely manner in line with defined strategies & policies. Ensure promotions adhere to the financial reporting, information security and auditing requirements. Support dealer training and dealer onboarding for promotions. Work closely with different functions throughout the EMEA region.

Handle dealer case inquiry management related to promotions. Actively support and back-up the regional sales support team leads with their market needs. Actively contribute to sales support strategy in the area assigned. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor’s degree with professional customer service experience. An automotive business experience is a plus. Fluent in English, good knowledge in other European languages is a benefit. Experience in international customer support environment is an important asset. Good understanding and experience with SAP. Good computer literacy (Microsoft, google). Experience from Order To Cash and Order To Delivery processes and B2B is an advantage but not mandatory.

Accurate & well organized with a good ability to deal with multiple priorities. Strong customer service and results oriented with a problem solver mindset.

Willingness to

understand business transformation. The role is a temporary position of 24 monthsand is preferably located in Ghent, Belgium with a possibility to work 2-3 times per week from home.
