Perform customer service functions including initiating and following up with customers to resolve problems as it relate to invoicing, products, or services.
Inform existing and potential customers about special deals/offers
Managing and driving all sales and customer service initiatives within the store of business.
Assist in the development of sales strategies through social media ad posting and keeping yourself updated with new trends.
Generating leads through various social media platforms and following up on customer leads for sale closures.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Achieve sales targets to support overall territory and business goals.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and other store representatives through open and interactive communication.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Communicating with customers through various communication channels.
Resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Research and develop communication and negotiation skills.
Maintain and expand customer base; build and maintain rapport with key customers; identify new customer opportunities.
Respond to escalated customer concerns/issues with the involvement of other sales consultants and other departments.

What You Bring:

Minimum 1 year of proven success in a sales driven or customer service environment.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with the ability to articulate product features and benefits with clarity and enthusiasm.
A solution-oriented mind-set with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems or equivalent tools.
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
Full availability and willingness to work weekends (No students)
