commercial truck, trailer, and tank trailer maintenance Sales Representative and Relationship Manager to

join our team

. This role is integral to our Company’s success in delivering

innovative

maintenance solutions to private and for-hire commercial fleets.

Along with your strong sales background, and deep understanding of commercial truck and trailer maintenance, you will leverage your passion for technology and introduce GoRight’s revolutionary fleet management and maintenance solutions to customers in your territory.

You will

sell month-to-month maintenance agreements, as well as annual maintenance contracts incorporating

innovative

software solutions from Mirlin Technologies, an affiliated company of GoRight Fleet Solutions.

Your focus will be on the growth of GoRight maintenance services for trucks, trailers, tankers, and liftgates for new customers and retention of existing customers. Our

innovative

maintenance services, supported by

innovative

software solutions, are unrivaled in our industry, providing customers with exceptional value not experienced before in our industry.

Experience with

B620 tank trailers is an asset, but not essential, and training will be provided.

You will

Position:

Sales Representative and Relationship Manager, Fleet Care Services – Mississauga, Ont.

Key Responsibilities:

Earn and retain customers’ repair and maintenance services for their fleet of commercial trucks, trailers, tank trailers and liftgates service work in our service centres, mobile on-sites, and over-the-road breakdown businesses.

Sale of maintenance and repairs for tractors, trailers, liftgates, and B620 tankers for named customers.

Sale of trailer rentals and lease agreements for trailer rental and lease fleet.

Develop and implement a sales plan to grow revenue and market share of repair and maintenance services in your territory.

Manage and continuously update sales pipeline and CRM system.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ maintenance requirements and fleet management challenges.

Collaborate with internal teams, including software engineers, sales management, and service managers, to develop tailored maintenance solutions that meet clients’ needs.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and brief software demonstrations, highlighting the value proposition of our maintenance services and software solutions.

Finalize service agreements, pricing, and terms while ensuring

customer satisfaction

and retention.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all repair and maintenance-related  an active member in, and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our maintenance capabilities and generate leads.
