Unique opportunity for a sales representative to grow their business, while learning on a productive, high performing team (top 1-2% of teams in last 5 years), and also earn some additional income assisting with operations & admin. The primary responsibility for this role is for the team member to grow their own database of clients and help their clients buy, sell & lease. The secondary responsibility for this role is to assist in the daily operations & implement marketing strategies for the Joe, Doug & Randal Team. While the team member assists with operations, admin and marketing, they will also be shadowing with Joe, Doug & Randal. We will happily discuss commission splits & additional income.
Sales:
We will provide structured and strategic guidance on how to grow a database of clients and help clients buy, sell and lease.
Operations:
Provide client care services, maintain smooth & efficient transaction management, client database management, marketing implementation, and other general day-to-day operations & administrative responsibilities.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
Must have real estate license
2 years experience in administration and/or operations or marketing
Client facing experience
Familiarity with some or all of the following is preferred:
Customer Relationship Management (CRMs) (we use ixact & buffini)
Real estate boards (Toronto Real Estate Board & ITSO)
Webforms & Authentisign
Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Sheets
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
Canva (photo & video editing)
Social Media (Instagram, Facebook)
Mailchimp & Constant Contact

Pay: $20,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
