Position Overview:
Renso Foods is on the lookout for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to help grow and strengthen our presence across mainstream and large supermarket chains in British Columbia.
If you enjoy working with retail buyers, understand how supermarket operations work, and like building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, this role is for you. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience selling food products into retail channels, who understands listing processes, buyer expectations, and feels confident presenting products in a competitive market.
Your main focus will be expanding new supermarket partnerships while growing existing accounts. You’ll play a key role in bringing Renso products into more retail shelves and increasing our visibility across the broader Canadian market.
Responsibilities:
- Grow Renso Foods’ presence across mainstream and large supermarket chains in British Columbia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers.
- Lead product listings and introduce new products into retail channels.
- Manage and grow existing supermarket accounts to drive sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to expand product distribution and visibility.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Share market insights and feedback to support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in food or FMCG, preferably with supermarket/retail accounts
- Proven experience working with or opening accounts with major supermarket chains in BC
- Existing relationships with buyers or category managers are a strong asset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role
- Experience using CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within BC
- English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin/Cantonese, Vietnamese, Hindi/Punjabi) are an asset

- Base salary tied to performance: Annual base aligned with your sales target (equivalent to 3.5% of total annual sales target).
- Uncapped commission: Your earning potential grows as your sales grow.
- Monthly gas & phone allowance: $500 per month to support your field‑based work.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
