What Will Make Your Days

Exciting

as a Sales representative at Bumper to Bumper:

Schedules and visits established customers in order to maintain and increase sales to that customer, based on an understanding of the customers’ business needs

Takes orders from customers to renew their inventory, adds new items to their inventory, quotes on

new equipment

when needed; manages customer returns when appropriate

Expands the existing customer base by identifying and soliciting potential new customers

Maintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnel

Conducts him/herself in a professional manner in order to enhance the corporate image of the company

Utilizes the computer system, internet and paper catalogs to identify the correct parts for the customer’s needs

Effectively communicates product features, benefits and warranty information to customers in order to present a value proposition

Utilizes sales process to manage territory pipeline and opportunity

Provides exceptional customer service

Ensures customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Displays a positive, helpful attitude and known to be a team player.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (40 hrs)6-month probationary period

What will make you the ideal Sales representative at Bumper to Bumper:

Automotive Parts experience in the automotive aftermarket parts (3 to 5 years)

Experience in sales

Experience delivering a high level of customer service

A proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems

An appetite for

continuous learning

and knowledge

Excellent verbal and written

communication skills
