Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Pick up Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
– Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Pick customer orders from stock
– Process credit card payments
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Skills:
– Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately
– Attention to detail
– Strong organization
– Sanitation knowledge for maintaining cleanliness standards
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
– Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
– Strong english. Both written and spoken
– Good customer service
– Outgoing personality
– Ability to lift 30lbs
