Job Overview:
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by streamlining processes, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires strong
analytical skills

while creating customer-facing proposals and quotations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for operations and be eager to contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with daily tasks such as sales proposals, quoting, and contract management. Data Management:
Maintain accurate and
up-to-date
sales data in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Reporting and Analysis:
Generate sales reports and dashboards to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement
:
Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Training and Onboarding
:
Provide training and support to new Sale’s Team members on systems, tools, and processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, customer support) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales initiatives. Forecasting and Planning:
Assist in sales forecasting and planning to support strategic decision-making and
resource allocation
. Documentation:
Create and maintain sales operations documentation, such as process guides and best practices, and Proposals and Templates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role. Exposure in CRM software offering, MS Office Suite of products, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
. Excellent
attention to detail
and organizational abilities. Effective
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Ability to
